Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist and eligible to practice in the state.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management, home exercises, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with policies and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and support ongoing professional development.
