Confluent Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Berea, KY outpatient clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions, guiding patients toward optimal function with evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$95,000 with up to $10,000 sign-on, comprehensive benefits, structured mentorship, career development paths, and innovative tools to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management, home exercises, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation per clinic policies.
