Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and collaborate on evidence-based care plans that reflect patient goals and lifestyle.

You will deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain, while tracking outcomes and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and determine underlying causes.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the patient’s recovery journey.
