Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in the state)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate on self-management, home exercises, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation per clinic policies.
