Qualifications

• Certified Lymphedema therapist credential required or preferred.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes an appropriate patient care plan.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.
• Coordinates patient scheduling and discharge planning with care team.
• Provides supervision of PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
