Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated before 2002, OR Master's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated before 2016, OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy;
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree OR Doctoratein Physical Therapy PLUS Two (2) years of experience in Physical Therapy
Outpatient therapy experience with emphasis on orthopedics & neurodegenerative conditions
OCS, CSCS, DN Certified
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Completes direct and indirect patient care to evaluate, create care plans, coordinate care, educate, and treat patients. The above is driven by best practice assessment and intervention strategies.
Completes best practice patient care documentation and appropriate review of patient PHI before implementing and during direct patient care plans for insurance reimbursement and Joint Commission standards.
Initiates multi-disciplinary collaborative efforts with referring providers
to communicate patient progress and outcomes to ensure best practice patient care is provided.
Performs other duties as assigned.
