Job summary

Body Holistics Rehab Center in Rochester, NY seeks a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. You will assess patients, create tailored plans, and guide rehabilitation using evidence-based orthopedic techniques.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, using WebPT for documentation, and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and progressive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active NY PT license with a clean record.
• Experience with manual therapy and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially WebPT.
• Solid grounding in current physical therapy principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload for personalized patient attention.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques for orthopedic outpatient care.
• Develop and adjust fitness and wellness programs for patients.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options and overall wellness.
• Document therapies and progress in EMR (WebPT).
• Collaborate with healthcare team for holistic care.
• Evaluate plan effectiveness and modify as needed.
• Engage patients to empower participation in rehab.
