The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT degree preferred.
• BCLS certification to be obtained within the first 30 days.
• Experience in outpatient settings is advantageous but not required.
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform evaluations and implement treatment interventions within scope of practice.
• Provide therapeutic care in clinic or home settings depending on the plan of care.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and at-home rehabilitation strategies.
• Manage caseload and coordinate with care team to ensure smooth transitions.
• Document sessions and maintain regulatory compliance.
