Work Environment

Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual rehabilitation needs and create personalized therapeutic care plans.
• Implement and oversee physical therapy treatments, ensuring adherence to the established plan of care.
• Provide detailed evaluations and deliver therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and enhance functional ability.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, therapeutic devices, and self-care practices to support recovery outside therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans based on real-time assessments and patient progress.
• Manage your caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and determining necessary staffing for optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions, as well as pediatric patients in need of rehabilitation services. Your approach will focus on fostering a supportive and motivating environment, helping patients achieve their recovery goals while addressing their unique needs.

Qualifications
