KORT Physical Therapy in Columbia, KY is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and document patient progress. Schedule is Monday-Friday at 930 Jamestown St, with a focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient rotation if current student or outpatient experience in the last 3 years.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
