Job summary

Endeavor Physical Therapy, a member of the H2 Health family, seeks a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Kyle, Texas. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, utilize Scribe AI for documentation, and use the Raintree EMR. A supportive environment fosters growth, ongoing education, and career advancement within the Endeavor network.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Manage a caseload environment with ~10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
