Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Treat conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Document timely and accurately using Casamba-Web and Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment data and surgery reports; ensure orders are transcribed correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient/family education.
