Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Midlothian, TX seeks a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80. Compensation depends on years of experience. Join a team of 8 PTs and 2 OTs emphasizing high-quality care and clinician development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible in Texas.
• Solid manual therapy skills and orthopedic focus.
• Willingness to mentor and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient case load averaging 10–12 patients daily.
• Timely documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpretation of assessment/diagnostic data and surgical reports.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
