Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Rowlett, TX, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient services. Salary range listed: $80,080.00 – $108,804.80 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Eligible benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, and education programs. Current state licensure as a PT is required or eligible; BLS certification or 90-day completion is also expected.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, medical notes, and surgery reports.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement within outpatient rehab.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
• Manage a patient caseload average of 10 patients per day.
