Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services to treat conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions within a dynamic multi-disciplinary clinic.

You will collaborate with a team of clinicians, ensure timely documentation using Casamba and Therapy Source, interpret medical data, and guide patients toward their care plans while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure or be eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document care plans and progress.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensure orders are transcribed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Starting salary: $80,080 -$108,804.80

Seeking physical therapist to treat conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions in a dynamic multi-disciplinary clinic which offers occupational, physical and speech therapy. This clinic is located in a fast-growing community in Georgetown.

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.

• Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
