BayFront Health Ambulatory in Riverview, FL, seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time, 40-hour week. The role includes patient examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions to achieve optimal functional outcomes. Requires a Florida PT license and a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Benefits start Day One and include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an approved program.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is required.

• Evaluates patients and gathers data from patients, physicians, and families.
• Develops treatment plans with specific goals and integration into the continuum of care.
• Maintains competency with equipment and safety standards; explains equipment purpose.
• Delivers age-appropriate care and updates plans as needed.
• Documents care and supports accurate billing.
• Provides patient and family education as indicated.
