BayFront Health Ambulatory is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehab department in Riverview, FL. The role involves evaluating patients with impairments resulting from injury or disease, developing targeted treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active Florida PT license, with current BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• Maintains current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. Temporary permits are acceptable.
• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

• Develops treatment plans with goals and integrates with the continuum of care.
• Demonstrates competency in equipment use and safety.
• Treats patients appropriate to age group served.

• Ensures documentation and accurate billing.
