• Evaluates patients, gathering data from the patient, physicians, interdisciplinary team, family and other data sources.
• Develops treatment plans with defined goals and integrates with the continuum of care.
• Performs and explains use of equipment, ensuring safety and patient understanding.
• Re-evaluates and adjusts treatment plans as needed based on progress.
• Documents care accurately and ensures proper billing and coding.
• Provides patient and family education as indicated.
• Maintains regular attendance per Orlando Health policies.

Ausbildung
