Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy and patient education to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program and current state licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate progress notes in Raintree per policy.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehab processes and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Reassess and adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on current research and best practices.
