• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Use the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it as required.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
