Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Current TN Physical Therapist licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proficient with EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and document results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Interact professionally with patients, family, and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, and students.
• Ensure treatments follow the evaluation and plan of care.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing education.
• Participate in outreach events and community activities.
• Adhere to state practice acts and ethic guidelines.
• Must hold a degree from an accredited institution and TN PT licensure.
