Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for our Garland outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a mix of orthopedic and post-surgical rehab with strong clinician support and AI-assisted documentation to streamline care.

Clinicians typically see 10–12 patient visits per day and benefit from a collaborative, patient-centered environment with opportunities for growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and return to activity.
• Educate patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
