H2 Health's North Texas Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based care with 10–12 patient visits per day and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation to reduce admin time.

New graduates are welcome; DPT or equivalent degree is required with Texas licensure or eligibility. You’ll work in a supportive team focused on quality care, professional development, and growth

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent CAPTE-accredited PT degree required.
• Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized evidence-based plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and return to activity.
• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
