Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a leading orthopedic practice in Connecticut. The role supports both full-time and part-time options across Orange, Branford, and Guilford, focusing on post-operative care, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility restoration.

Qualifications

Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred with strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility impairments.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to work, sports, and daily activities.
Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.
