Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic care team in Connecticut. The role supports post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and mobility across Guilford-area locations, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

You will work with physicians and rehab staff to develop individualized plans, utilize evidence-based techniques, and help patients return to work and daily activities. A CT PT license and outpatient experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred with strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to work, sports, and daily activities.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.
