Job summary

Jobot in Connecticut is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic care team across Orange, Branford, and Guilford. Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, a generous CEU allowance, and strong benefits are offered.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions, develop individualized plans to restore function, collaborate with physicians and rehab staff, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred with strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, and mobility impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to work, sports, and daily activities.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences.
