Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Flex FTE Physical Therapist to support outpatient clinics in Brainerd and surrounding areas. The role requires a minimum 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with potential to increase to 0.9 FTE and occasional weekend rotations at St. Joseph's Brainerd.

Qualifying candidates hold a PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) and a current state PT license. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, provide patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Provide ancillary/administrative requirements for a full caseload including documentation, billing, scheduling management, and other duties
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
• Work with Essentia Health leadership and coordinate with referring physicians for cohesive patient care.
