Essentia Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the St. Josephs - Crosslake Clinic. You will evaluate, plan, and implement care for patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. The role includes documentation, scheduling, and potential teaching responsibilities.

The position requires a PT degree (ACAPT accredited), Minnesota license, and BLS certification (or within 1 month). Clinic hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, with weekend rotation every 10–12 weeks.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota license to practice physical therapy.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license and driving requirements.
• FTE equivalent: 0.9 position.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling, and other admin duties.
