Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services at KORT Downtown in Louisville. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care, tailoring plans to orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, or pelvic health.

Enjoy a Mon-Fri schedule (no weekends) with compensation starting at $72,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 and student debt relief are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient rotation if a current student.
• Outpatient experience within last 5 years for practicing clinicians.
• Current state PT license or eligibility and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain compliant communication with colleagues, physicians, and payors.
• Complete required training and participate in center meetings as directed.
