Select Medical's KORT Physical Therapy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Middletown. You will tailor your caseload across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health, building a personalized adventure path.

We offer flexible schedules with Mon-Fri hours, a starting compensation range of $72,000 to $95,000, generous sign-on bonuses up to $20,000, and a debt relief program, plus mentorship, CEU development, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation during studies.
• Outpatient experience within last 5 years.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
