Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient KORT in Lexington, KY. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with compensation starting at $72,000–$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential sign-on bonuses and a debt-relief program.

You can specialize in Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Oncology Rehab, or Pelvic Health, with mentorship, advanced training, and opportunities to move across 1900 centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a licensed clinician.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
