Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic contract. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Citrus Heights, California.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function, and document progress while coordinating with referring providers.

Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Previous outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
• Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers
• Other duties as assigned.
