Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Hayward, CA. This full-time contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 40 hours per week.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain. Requirements include an active Physical Therapy license and preferably outpatient experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills to document progress and collaborate

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license is required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual progress.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers.
• Other duties as assigned.
