Key Responsibilities

• Manage and document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient receives optimal care.

• Utilize EMR software, such as WebPT, for accurate documentation and efficient communication within the team.
• Provide support for goal-oriented rehabilitation, encouraging patients through various stages of their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with an exemplary record free from sanctions or board proceedings.

• Ability to establish effective communication with patients and colleagues, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, with preference given to experience with WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
