Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical histories and performing detailed assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient input, setting achievable goals in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs, utilizing various modalities such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities for pain control.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to optimize recovery pathways.
• Actively participate in case discussions, consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each patient's care.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner following facility protocols.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercises, lifestyle modifications, and postoperative care to promote independence in managing their conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
