Job summary

Ashville Foot and Ankle Solutions in Newark, New Jersey, seeks a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions in a collaborative rehabilitation facility.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapies—manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities—while tracking progress and promoting patient education for independence in recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and perform assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with input from patients and families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols including manual therapy, exercise programs, and pain-relief modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with other heathcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately following facility protocols.
