Innovative Therapy Concepts, founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006, is a therapist-owned organization partnering with Upson Regional Medical Center since 2010. We provide outpatient and acute care services. We seek a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our energetic team, treating diagnoses such as orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance disorders, and deconditioning. Join our team including a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech Therapist to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Administer treatments including manual exercises, modalities, traction, and patient education. Assist with orthotic fittings, collaborate with team members, and perform clerical duties. Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatments.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Active and current PTA license in the practicing state
• Willingness to work occasional weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and more with assistance

Work Environment
