This position reports to the Director of Federal Programs and is an exempt, full-time role with 190 contract days. The role involves developing and implementing family engagement strategies, coordinating family events, building relationships with families and community partners, providing resources and support, monitoring engagement, collaborating with staff, maintaining effective communication, supporting student achievement, promoting a welcoming environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Qualifications include holding or being eligible for required certification, strong interpersonal skills, integrity, professionalism, and proficiency in communication, leadership, planning, organization, and technology. Physical requirements involve prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
