PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team at the Kennesaw clinic. Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while delivering personalized care.

We offer a residency-style program, in-house mentorship, sign-on bonuses up to $30,000, and an incentive-based earning plan. Clinic hours are Mon-Thu 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Base Salary:

$30-$40/hr + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!
