Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Atlanta, GA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to care and advance professionally. You’ll work across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neuro rehab with a diverse caseload and strong development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
