PT Solutions in East Ellijay, GA is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to care and advance professional growth. You will work with orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab in a collaborative, mentorship-friendly environment.

The role offers onboarding, in-house CE, residency-style development, a salary of $80,000–$110,000 with sign-on up to $30,000, 401(k) match, and generous PTO, with clear pathways to leadership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
