PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our Douglasville clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients while creating personalized treatment plans. Candidates should be graduates of an APTA or CAPTE accredited program and hold current state licensure. Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands‑on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10–12 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Base Salary: $75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

Now offering sign‑on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!
