Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
• Current NH Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical diagnoses.
• Use therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to maximize function.
• Provide outpatient PT services at Gorham clinic with potential to float to other facilities at least 2 days/week.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
