Required Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
2. Certification in Physical Therapy
3. Current Washington state license

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
2. Outpatient experience with adult populations

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on full-time employment. Compensation factors include local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
