Job description

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience in outpatient setting is strongly desired. Experience working with children or adolescents is a plus.

Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- Valid Liability Insurance

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
