Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy is seeking a clinician who values autonomy and mentorship. Join a teaching practice designed to support clinicians to practice at the top of their license with robust mentorship and development opportunities.

You will deliver 1:1 patient care with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based decision making, while leveraging AI-assisted documentation to improve efficiency and reduce burnout.

Qualifications

• DPT/physical therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with emphasis on low-volume practice.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development programs.

Mentorship & Professional Development

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
• Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
