NovaCare – Rosedale, Baltimore, MD is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat an outpatient population with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, oncology, and amputee rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on‑site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10‑12 patients per day, with 60‑minute evaluations and 45‑minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).
