Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Orthopedics center. The role includes evaluating and treating patients with a focus on functional improvement, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations and a typical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.

We offer a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), two evenings per week until 7 PM, and generous compensation starting at $80,000–$100,000 with up to $10,000 in bonuses and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification

Schedule

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
