Job summary

Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke, MA is recruiting a Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The role provides comprehensive psychotherapy to individuals with psychiatric or substance use disorders, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, contribute to treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
• Licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC-I, LPC, or LMFT.
• Current clinical or social work license by state regulations required.
• CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals with psychiatric or substance use disorders.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge or aftercare coordination.
