Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist - Outpatient in Elmhurst, IL. This full-time position requires flexible hours (early morning shifts with weekends).

You will collect and label specimens, handle pre-analytical processing, and enter orders in the lab system, supporting a broad patient-care mission across multiple locations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a 100-hour phlebotomy program, CPR (BLS), and a valid IL driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program including a minimum of 100 clinical training hours.
• Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, collects, logs and labels specimens for testing under supervision.
• Performs pre-analytical processing/ordering of specimens arriving in the lab.
• Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.
• Arranges specimens for further processing by Laboratory staff.
